Monsoon Mayhem, Melodies and More!
Well, hello again folks!
Angry winds tore through the streets, snapping branches, upturning umbrellas and throwing up dust and bits of paper. As these gusts rushed through narrow openings and exits, rumbles and moans filled the atmosphere, reminding people of the immense power and potential this force of nature carries. Some of us braved the storm and made our way to our work spaces. Many of us, however, chose to take the day off and enjoy the rains from within the comfort of our homes. If you find yourself confined indoors again due to the rains, here are 5 fun things you could do to have a great time.
At NSPA, we've had a damp week too for some of our performances had to be canceled due to the rains. However, we did get a great opportunity on the 20th of June, to perform at the Alliance Francaise Auditorium. Alliance Francaise de Bombay held three days of workshops, concerts and performances to celebrate Fete de la Musique - World Music Day and NSPA was invited to join in these celebrations. Our artists Rahul, Rebecca, Kevin and Nikhil sang some classic rock and pop songs to entertain the audience and we must say, it was a really good one hour!
Another good news is that NSPA artists will now be performing at four more Metro stations - W.E.H, Airport Road, D.N Nagar and Versova. If you happen to be at these stations between 9-11 am or 5-8 pm, look out for our artists for they're sure to be somewhere near you!
Now, to keep you entertained, here are a couple of videos to watch!
